The versatility and Colors of Pakistani culture

This blog is created as an ancillary to teach culture for Urdu language undergraduate class Urdu 506. Urdu is the national language of Pakistan that resembles Arabic in its script and Hindi in it spoken form. Along with knowing the language, it is utmost important for the students to understand the target culture. The blog puts light on different aspects of Pakistani culture including different festivals, ceremonies, cuisine etc with their peculiar colors and events. The blog also provides practice for Urdu listening and reading in each post.
